% 18.08.2017 C.M. No. 29239/2017 (Withdrawal of appeal) By this application filed under Order 23 Rule 1 and 3 read with section 151 CPC, the parties to the appeal seeks withdrawal of the appeal as the subject matter has been settled between them through the medium of Delhi Mediation Centre.

In view of the fact that the parties to the appeal have settled their disputes and compromised has been arrived at between them before the Mediation Centre, Rohini, the application is allowed and the parties are directed to withdraw the appeal. Application stands disposed of.
