% 05.08.2019 CRL.M.A. 32910/2019 By way of this application, withdrawal of the revision petition is sought on the ground of settlement of the subject matter of this petition between the parties.

A demand draft of ₹12,00,000/- has been handed over by respondent's counsel to petitioner who is present in the Court. Petitioner has handed over the keys of the house in question to respondent, who is also present in the Court.

Both sides submit that now no dispute survives. The application is accordingly allowed as prayed for. CRL.REV.P. 934/2018
