% 26.10.2018 For the relief claimed in this petition, petitioners had purportedly sent a Legal Notice (Annexure P-10) to respondents on 8th October, 2018. The grievance of petitioners is that there is no response to the said Legal Notice (Annexure P-10).

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondents to pass a speaking order on petitioners' Legal Notice (Annexure P-10), while treating it as a Representation, within five days from today and its fate be conveyed to petitioners within two days thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
