Petitioner was an employee of respondent no. 3/Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences.

The Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences is not an independent authority and counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, states that petitioner, in fact, is an employee of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD).

If that be so, then not this Court but the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi, would have the jurisdiction to decide this petition.

Instead of dismissing the petition, at the request of counsel for the petitioner, this petition is transferred for decision to the Central W.P.(C) 7851/2015

Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi on 3rd March, 2017. Registry will ensure that the file of this case is made available to Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal on the date fixed.
