By the order under appeal, the learned Single Judge dismissed W.P.(C) No.6686/2015 filed for grant of admission to the writ petitioner/appellant herein in Miranda House College (University of Delhi) in Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) (Hons.) (Physics) for the Academic Year 2015-16.

Having regard to the fact that Academic Session 2015-16 has expired, the issue raised in the writ petition does not survive and, therefore, the appeal does not deserve adjudication on merits at this stage. 3.
