Ravindran (Retd.), former Judge of the Supreme Court of India who has been appointed as the sole Arbitrator in the matter vide order dated 08.03.2016. I have perused the application.

Registry is directed to send the complete original records of Arbitration Petition No. 442/2015 and Arbitration Petition No. 443/2015 with the previously disposed off Arbitration Petition No. 96/2013 which are lying in the Registry to Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.V. Ravindran on the contact details mentioned in para 12 of the application.
