Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present bail application. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the concerned Jail Superintendent be directed to provide all necessary medical facilities to the petitioner in accordance with law. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the concerned Jail Superintendent to provide all necessary medical facilities to the petitioner in accordance with law.
