Neither replication to the written statement of defendant nos. 2 to 5 has been filed by plaintiff nor steps have been taken for service of defendant nos. 1 & 6 to 11 in terms of earlier orders. On last date of hearing last opportunity was granted to plaintiff for taking appropriate steps for service of defendant nos. 1 & 6 to 11 but no steps have been taken at all. On perusal of record it reveals that steps/proper steps are not being taken since several dates for service of above mentioned defendants. No one has appeared today on behalf of plaintiff despite repeated calls.
