% 22.03.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents relying upon 'K. Ajit Babu Vs. UOI' 1997 SCC 473, submits that the petitioner should approach the Tribunal and not directly file this writ petition before the High Court. The Tribunal is the appropriate forum to seek redressal of his grievance, if any.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that he, in these circumstances, will approach and file a petition before the Tribunal in accordance with law.

We accordingly dispose of the present writ petition in terms of the statement made by the counsel for the parties without expressing any opinion on merits.
