% 08.01.2019 CRL.M.A. 235/2019 (by R-2 for modification of order dt. 21.12.2018) This application seeks modification of the order dated 21.12.2018 which directed that an affidavit be filed by the Financial Commissioner, GNCTD. The relevant authority apropos the Delhi Land Reforms Act or otherwise for the purposes of this case, involving section 145 Cr. PC, would be the Divisional Commissioner, GNCTD.

In view of the above, the affidavit in terms of the order dated 21.12.2018 shall be filed by the Divisional Commissioner, GNCTD. The order stands modified accordingly.

At the request of the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State, renotify on 14.01.2019.

The date of 11.01.2019 stands cancelled.
