% 24.09.2015 We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The interim order passed by us on 12.08.2015 shall continue till the learned Single Judge takes up I.A. No. 12879/2015 for consideration and passes orders thereon. The learned counsel for the respondents states that the written statement shall be filed within two weeks and the learned counsel for the appellants states that the replication thereto shall be filed within five weeks thereafter. Consequently, we feel that there is no need for fixing the matter before the Joint Registrar on 26.11.2015 and instead of the Joint Registrar the matter be placed before the learned Single Judge on that date.

The said application shall be taken up for consideration on that date and the learned Single Judge would be free to pass any order uninfluenced by any order made by us.

The appeal stands disposed of.
