% 26.10.2018 For the relief claimed in this petition, petitioner had purportedly made a complaint (Annexure P-3) to first respondent on 10th May, 2018. The grievance of petitioner is that there is no response to the said complaint (Annexure P-3).

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to first respondent to pass a speaking order on petitioner's complaint (Annexure P-3) within two weeks from today and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within two days thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
