Vide order dated 05.08.2015, the petitioner was granted parole for a period of two weeks from the date of release, on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate. The surety was reduced to `20,000/- vide order dated 21.09.2015. However, the petitioner could not furnish the required surety due to poverty and has remained in custody without availing the benefit of the said order.

In the interest of justice and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the surety amount is further reduced from `20,000/- to `10,000/-. Other terms and conditions of the said order shall remain the same.

The application stands disposed of.
