By this application, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of the order dated 07.08.2018, the respondents have decided the representation of the petitioner by their letter dated 19.03.2019. He states that the petitioner may be given liberty to avail his other remedies as available in law.
