The counsel for the Official Liquidator has appeared before Court and placed on record the order dated 30th July, 2004 passed in Co. Pet. No. 187/2002 and CA.No.564/2002, by which it is recorded that the company petition has already been dismissed as withdrawn. The status report filed by the Official Liquidator is taken on record.

Thus, it is clear that no winding up proceedings are pending before the Company Court.

The petition is accordingly dismissed. All pending applications are also disposed of. The Respondent is permitted to execute the decree in accordance with law.
