% 23.10.2018 The grievance of petitioner is that there is no response to petitioner's complaint dated 25th July, 2018 (Annexure-B) made to respondents.

Despite service of advance notice, there is no appearance on behalf of respondents.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent No.1-SDMC to effectively deal with petitioner's complaint (Annexure-B) and to give a speaking response thereto within a period of twelve weeks from today and its fate be conveyed to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of.
