It is noted that the petitioner has filed the present petition seeking the following relief:- "In the aforesaid premises, it is, therefore, prayed to this Hon'ble Court to kindly issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of mandamus for granting me interest of Rs.85260/- and compensation of Rs.50000/- for my mental and physical suffering for six years long period in payment of my due MACP arrear with cost of this petition and litigation against the respondent."

There is no dispute to the fact that the relief sought is against South Delhi Municipal Corporation, which comes within the jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal. If that be so, the present petition is transferred to

the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench. 3.

Parties to appear before the Joint Registrar, Central Administrative Tribunal on 08th February, 2016.
