Learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer ('IO'), submitted that the investigations are still going on. However, the petitioner is not cooperating in the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation. 3.

Learned APP on the instructions of the IO stated that the investigation in the matter is going on and the police during investigation is not going to arrest the petitioner. The petitioner will be arrested in case an offence is made out against the petitioner after the completion of investigation. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the statement made by the learned APP, he is not pressing

the present bail application. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the present bail application and the petitioner is given liberty to move an appropriate application, if any, before the appropriate court, after completion of the investigation.
