% 26.04.2018 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was merely an Office Manager.

She was neither holding any responsible position in the company nor was responsible for day to day affairs of the company. She was only acting on the instructions of the company. Learned senior counsel for the respondent no.2, on instructions, submits that respondent no.2 has no objection in case complaint is quashed qua the petitioner-Louise Fernandes.

Accordingly, complaint case no. 5188/2017 titled M/s Sagar Manthan Hitaishi Vs. Creative Capsule Infotech India Pvt. Ltd. & Ors.
