Respondent No.4 is the complainant. The petitioners are the accused. 3.

On a complaint lodged by respondent No.4, FIR for offence punishable under Section 324/34 IPC has been registered. As per the averments in the petition the complainant has settled the dispute with the petitioners. If this is so, it was expected that a joint petition for quashing of the FIR was filed.

Since none appears for the petitioners, the petition is dismissed observing that it would be open for the petitioners to join respondent No.4 and file a joint petition containing consent of respondent No.4 along with affidavit of respondent No.4 for the FIR in question to be quashed.
