% 31.08.2015 After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present appeal. Counsel for the appellant states that in this case, the parties had earlier agreed to settle all their interse disputes and in terms of the settlement,steps were even taken to file a mutual consent petition, but later the respondent took a somersault and refused to support the second motion.

Counsel further submits that a direction be given to the learned Trial Court to send this matter again to the Mediationand ConciliationCentreso that the partiescan take another chance to settle their disputes amicably. We see no reason to decline this request made by the counsel forthe appellant. By:AMULYA

By dismissing the present appeal, we direct the learned Trial Court to make another endeavour so that the parties can settle all the disputes amicably.

The Trial Court itself can mediate between the parties and if the Trial Court finds no time, then the matter be sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of the concerned District.

Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
