Allowed, subject to all just exception.

Application stands disposed of.

BAIL APPLN. 2537/2018 2.

Mr. Amit Chadha, learned APP states that the main plank of the petitioner for seeking anticipatory bail is that the complainant is the private driver of Inspector in Delhi Police. He submits that he has verified the aforesaid contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner and has instructions from SI Virender Kumar to state that the said statement is incorrect as the complainant is a driver with Jaypee and Company Ltd.

3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the statement made on behalf of the State is wholly incorrect and, therefore, states

that petitioner will take appropriate steps, as may be advised in this regard. In these circumstances he seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition.

4.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
