% 29.10.2018 Impugned Notices of 19th September, 2018 (Annexure A-8 & A-9) direct the occupants of the subject premises to demolish it as the same is in dangerous condition.

Petitioners in their Representation of 17th July, 2018 (Annexure A4) have stated that the roof of the subject premises is in dangerous condition and permission is sought to repair it. According to petitioners' counsel, there is no response to petitioners' Representation (Annexure A4). Since it is the case of petitioners themselves that the roof of the subject premises is in dangerous condition, therefore, there is no point in permitting petitioners to get it repaired.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to direct petitioners and the occupants, as per the impugned Notices of W.P.(C) 11688/2018

19th September, 2018 (Annexure A-8 & A-9) to vacate the subject premises forthwith and in any case, within ten days from today. With aforesaid directions, while refraining to interfere with the impugned Notices, this petition and the applications are accordingly disposed of.
