% 02.02.2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 03.06.2015 vide which her application seeking impleadment under Order 1 Rue 10 of CPC has been dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has now become infructuous as the petition pending before the Rent Controller (East) Delhi under Section 14 (1) (e) of DRC Act stands decreed.
Petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take appropriate remedy before the Trial Court. Needless to state that any observation made in this order will not influence the Trial Court.
