% 16.02.2016 Learned counsel for the parties state that the disputes between the parties have been resolved.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that in view of the said settlement, the petitioners do not want to press the present petition. However, he submits that the Settlement Agreement has been filed in O.M.P. No.329/2015 which is coming up before this Court on 25th February, 2016.

As and when the said petition is listed, appropriate orders will be passed therein. As far as the present petition is concerned, the same is disposed of as not pressed.
