This is an application filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the Respondent - Sajid @ Sahil seeking release of Kisan Vikas Patra deposited by the surety of the Respondent. 3.

It is submitted that vide order dated 10th April, 2023, the Respondent was directed to furnish a personal bond and a surety bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each, to the satisfaction of the ld. Joint Registrar. The nephew of the Respondent stood surety and had furnished Kisan Vikas Patra for the sum of Rs.25,000/- in support of the bond.

Vide order dated 27th February, 2024, the present appeal of the State has already been rejected. Accordingly, release of the Kisan Vikas Patra is The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
