Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the statement made by the learned APP, he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition, without prejudice to the contentions of the petitioner in the petition, with liberty to get the present petition revived, in case the charge-sheet is not filed within three weeks.
