% 14.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent No.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts on 20th July, 2017. Therefore, FIR No.629/2016 under Sections 354/325 IPC registered at Police Station Lajpat Nagar, Delhi on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed.
Respondent no. 2 is present in Court today and has been identified by SI Amit, Police Station Lajpat Nagar. She says that petitioner was known to her and admits having settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioner and respondent no. 2 before the Mediation Centre, in the interest of justice, FIR No.629/2016 under Sections 354/325 IPC registered at Police Station Lajpat
Nagar, Delhi and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are quashed. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Dasti. CRL.M.A.13899/2017 Disposed of as infructuous.
