% 23.10.2018 The grievance of petitioner is that though no demand was raised, but petitioner had deposited `28,43,000/- with respondent to seek conversion of the subject premises. It is pointed out that the said deposit was made way back in November, 2012, but the conversion has been now done in 2018. According to petitioner's counsel, `24 lacs with interest w.e.f. November, 2012 is required to be refunded by respondent. Upon hearing, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with permission to petitioner to make a concise Representation to seek the relief as sought in this petition within a period of two weeks from today. Upon receiving of such a Representation, the Secretary (Estate)/Competent Authority of respondent shall give a speaking W.P.(C) 11440/2018

response thereto within a period of twelve weeks and the fate of petitioner's Representation be made two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. If deemed appropriate, personal hearing be afforded to petitioner or her authorized representative.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are accordingly disposed of.
