% 29.10.2018 The petitioner's complaint bearing C.C. No.22126/2016, registered under section 200 read with section 156(3) Cr.P.C. is pending adjudication before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. It relates to alleged criminal acts by M/s. A.N. Buildwell Pvt Ltd., its Directors and Financial Advisor. The Economic Offences Wing of Delhi Police has already registered a case bearing FIR No. 64/2016 dated 23.05.2016 against the said persons, which is pending before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (South-East), District Courts Saket, New Delhi.

It is the petitioner's case that his complaint is of the same nature as the other complaints against the aforesaid persons, which have been clubbed together with FIR No.64/2016.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will be appropriate that this case too be clubbed with the aforesaid FIR.

Accordingly, the latter case i.e. C.C. No.22126/2016 is transferred from the court of the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to the court of learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (South-East), District Courts Saket, New Delhi. The records of the transferred case shall be reached to the latter court on or before 26.11.2018. The parties shall appear before the latter court on 29.11.2018. The petition is disposed off in terms of the above. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
