% 24.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no. 2 have settled their disputes amicably;
therefore, FIR No.316/2007 under Sections 452/324/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mukherjee Nagar on the complaint of respondent no. 2, may be quashed. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court along with his counsel and has been identified by SI Jai Chand, P.S. Mukherjee Nagar.
Respondent no. 2 further submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and he has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between petitioners and
respondent no.2, in the interest of justice, FIR No.316/2007 under Sections 452/324/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Mukherjee Nagar and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
