O R D E R

% 06.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that petitioner offers to deposit alleged cheated amount of `2,00,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court without prejudice to his rights and contentions.

He further submits that petitioner will cooperate in the investigation and shall appear before the Investigating Officer. As per the FIR, complainant had booked a flat with the petitioner's firm SKM Refcon Ltd. and paid `2,00,000/-.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this

case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail, subject to his depositing `2,00,000/- with the Registrar General of this Court within two weeks and furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
