O R D E R
% 26.10.2018 The petitioner seeks extension of parole, which was granted to her in October, 2017 on account of injuries suffered by her and for which she has been operated a couple of times at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Delhi. She is 74 years old. Her recovery is apropos the surgeries for a fracture of the leg and of hip replacement. She is unable to walk except with the help of a walker and that she is entirely dependent upon third persons to take care of her needs. Her medical condition is verified, photographs of the petitioner have been appended to the petition showing her movement only with the assistance of a walker and two persons.
In view of the above, her parole is extended for a period of 10 weeks on the same conditions, as imposed vide order dated 01.12.2017 passed in W.P.(Crl.) No.2586/2017.
With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed-off.
A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master and a copy of this order shall also be delivered upon the Jail Superintendent concerned, through the State. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
