By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that his mother is unwell and his wife is on the family way, thus he need to look after them. 2.

A nominal roll has been handed over by learned Additional Standing Counsel for State indicating that the petitioner was granted nearly two months parole w.e.f. 7th April, 2018. Medical documents of the mother filed show that she was under OPD treatment even in May, 2018 and thus necessary intervention, if required, could have been got done by the petitioner at that stage when the petitioner was on parole till 6th June, 2018. 3.

Considering the period of parole already granted to the petitioner, this Court finds no ground to grant parole to the petitioner. 4.

Petition is dismissed.
