Let a Representation against impugned order of 12th October, 2018 (Annexure P-1) be made by petitioner to respondent-SDMC within three days from today. Upon receipt of such a Representation, respondentSDMC shall afford an opportunity of hearing to petitioner and thereafter, pass a reasoned order on petitioner's Representation within a period of three weeks from its receipt and the fate of the Representation be W.P.(C) 11584/2018

conveyed to petitioner within three days thereafter, so that petitioners may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. It is made clear that in the interregnum, impugned order shall continue to operate. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are disposed of.
