% 20.02.2019 Respondent no.2-Sh. Ashish Arora is present in Court with his counsel. He has been identified by Inspector Shiv Karan of police station Janak Puri.

Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with petitioner no. 1 before the Counselling Cell, Family Court, Dwarka, New Delhi on 27.09.2018 of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

Respondent no.2 says that he has no objection in case complaint case No. 507/2017 titled Ashish Arora Vs. Nancy Arora and Ors. pending before the Metorpolitan Magistrate-05 (South West) Dwarka Courts, New

Delhi is quashed.

In view of the settlement, I am of the view no fruitful purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, aforesaid criminal complaint and the consequent proceedings are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
