Having heard learned counsels for the parties, it appears that pursuant to order dated 26.11.2018 passed by this Court, the appellant/insurance company has deposited Rs.5,44,988/- with the Registrar General of this Court out of which Rs.1 lac has already been released to the applicant/respondent No.1. The remaining amount with accrued interest is ordered to be released to the applicant/respondent No.1 forthwith in terms of the directions passed by the learned Tribunal.
