The respondent is present in Court along with his counsel and he has handed over a cheque for Rs.4,63,838/- to the petitioner towards the interest which has accrued up to March, 2015. It is further submitted that the respondent shall issue instructions to Citi Bank within two weeks to directly credit the future interest in account No.5973766114 of petitioner with Citi Bank, New Delhi in order to comply with the clause No.12 of the second motion for divorce. The undertaking of respondent is hereby accepted. 2.

The respondent submits that the petitioner is not giving the visitation rights and interim custody of minor child Zoya to him in terms of clause 5 of the settlement agreement dated 21st January, 2013. 3.

Learned counsel however submits that the petitioner shall provide visitation rights and interim custody of the minor child Zoya to the respondent in terms of clause 5 of the settlement agreement 21st January, 2013. The statement of learned counsel for petitioner is taken on record. 4.

This petition is disposed of in terms of the statement of the parties. Both the parties shall remain bound by their statements given to this Court

today.
