The petitioner has filed the present application, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to issue proper notice to the petitioner, in case further investigation is called for. 2.

The present application is beyond the scope of the present petition. The same is dismissed. However, the learned counsel appearing for the State states that in case investigation is required, appropriate notice shall be issued.
