% 02.11.2018 By this petition the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.30/2017 under Sections 354/341/509/342/376/511/34 IPC registered at PS I.P.Estate. The petitioner was granted bail in the FIR in question however, during the course of trial, the petitioner failed to appear and thus proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. have been initiated against the petitioner.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
