o/„ 12.11.2018 Petitioners are the uncles of Brijesh whose marriage has been verified to be performed on 19'" November, 2018. In the FIR in question besides the two petitioners their eider brother Vijay is also involved who had sought modification of the order of granting parole passed by the competent authority in W.P.(CRL) No. 3228/2018.

Considering the fact that the marriage of the petitioner's nephew is to be performed on 19*'' November, 2018, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioners. It is therefore directed that the petitioners be released on parole for a period of one week on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ?10,000/- each with one surety bond each to the satisfaction of the Superintendent Jail concerned, further subject to the condition that the release of the co-convicts will not hinder the release of the petitioners at the time of the marriage of their nephew.

Petitions are disposed of. Order dasti.
