% 07.12.2018 According to the Status Report, handed over to the Court, the protection has been accorded to the petitioner, in terms of the previous order dated 29.10.2018. The petitioner has been visited by the Beat Constable and the SHO on a regular basis to assess the safety and security. In the circumstance, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the application at this stage with liberty to take recourse to legal remedies, should she have any grievance in future.
