% 13.11.2018 The issue involved in this case pertains to action taken by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai and under identical situation, on account of lack of territorial jurisdiction we had refused to interfere into such matters earlier. Accordingly, this petition is also dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate petition before the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the matter.
