% 04.02.2019 The issue involved in these cases pertains to action taken by the Registrar of Companies situated outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court and under

identical situations, on account of lack of territorial jurisdiction we had refused to interfere into such matters earlier.

Accordingly, these petitions are also dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate petitions before the Courts having territorial jurisdiction over the matter.
