W.P.(C) 11790/2018 & C.M. No. 45641/2018 After some arguments, since the Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition and states that the petitioners do not question the levy of maintenance charges @ Rs. 1.26 per sq. ft per month on the allottees.
He submits that the petitioner, however, reserves the right to raise issues pertaining to the affairs of the Commonwealth Games Village Appartment Owners Association in proper forum.
Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
