O R D E R

The plaintiff is a tenant in property bearing No. D-14, Prashant Vihar, New Delhi under the defendant since 19th August, 2014. The plaintiff has filed this suit for permanent injunction for restraining the defendant from interfering in the peaceful possession of the plaintiff in respect of the suit property without due process of law. According to the plaintiff, the defendant attempted to forcibly evict the plaintiff from the suit property without due process of law.

The defendant present in Court along with her counsel submits that she has not disturbed the possession of the plaintiff. The defendant undertakes not to disturb or interfere in the peaceful possession of the plaintiff in the suit property without due process of law. The undertaking of the defendant is hereby accepted.

The plaintiff's suit is decreed in terms of the undertaking of the defendant. The defendant is directed not to visit the plaintiff's portion in the suit property or in any manner interfere in the plaintiff's possession without

due process of law.

In the event of in violation of the undertaking, the plaintiff is at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law. 5.

The defendant shall sign the order sheet before leaving this Court. 6.

Pending applications disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
