Crl.M.A. No.1370/2016 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 3rd August, 2015. Perusal of the file shows that vide order dated 3rd August, 2015, the petition was disposed of with the direction to deposit 50% of Rs.3,00,000/-, which is the alleged cheque amount involved in the case. While passing the order dated 3rd August, 2015, the petitioner was directed to file FDR of half of the amount i.e. Rs.1,50,000/- within a period of six weeks which has already been
