The present appeal has been filed by the appellant, assailing an order dated 30.3.2017, granting her interim maintenance @ Rs.8,000/- per month from the date of filing the application, till the disposal of the main petition filed by the respondent/husband under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 along with litigation expenses of Rs.20,000/-. 2.

On enquiring from learned counsel for the appellant, he states that an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. was filed by the appellant against the respondent before the concerned court at Ghaziabad, that has granted her maintenance @ Rs.3,000/- per month. Aggrieved by the said order, the appellant had filed a revision petition before the Allahabad High Court that has been dismissed. Against the dismissal order of the High Court, the appellant has approached the Supreme Court by filing an SLP, wherein notice has been issued.

It is submitted by counsel for the appellant that in view of the pending SLP, the appellant shall approach the Supreme Court for permission to place on record, the salary slip of the respondent for the month of May, 2017, obtained by her through the RTI route from the respondent's employer/DMRC wherein, his gross salary is reflected as Rs.44,969.96 per month and the net salary as Rs.39,178/- per month. 4.

Leave as prayed for, is granted. The appeal is disposed of along with pending applications.
