Application stands disposed of. CRL.M.C. 6281/2018 & CRL.M.As.49388/2018 (for stay) 1.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is having no objection to pay a sum of Rs. 11,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the respondent instead of paying Rs. 13,000/- per month without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties from the date of passing of the judgment by the Appellate Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the proposal
made by the petitioner is acceptable to the respondent. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that her statement may be accepted as an undertaking on behalf of the petitioner. Accordingly, the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is accepted as an undertaking on behalf of the petitioner and the order of the Appellate Court, in view of the consent, is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 11,000/- per month to the respondent on account of interim maintenance, from the date of passing of the judgment by the Appellate Court, within two months, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties subject to the final outcome of the matter regarding the maintenance, if any, by the Trial Court.

The petition is disposed of. Pending applications are also disposed of.
