Mr. Mohit Sharma accepts notice on behalf of respondent. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent says that he does not wish to file a reply as he does not oppose the prayer made in the petition. 5.

This is a petition whereby direction is sought from this Court to extend the time for concluding arbitration proceedings. 6.

The record shows that the learned Arbitrator entered upon reference on 10.02.2017 and upon expiry of the statutory period of 12 months, parties mutually agreed to extend the time by another 6 months. O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 324/2018

The extended time came to an end on 10.08.2018. 8.

Learned counsel for the parties inform me that the matter is at the stage of evidence.

Having regard to the time and money invested by the parties, I am inclined to extend the time for concluding arbitration proceedings by another 6 months commencing from 10.08.2018.
